Frequently asked questions
Do you offer supply only?
Certainly. If you already have a fitter lined up, we’ll supply the flooring alone. Should you want the full service instead, our own installation team will handle the fitting from start to finish.
Do you offer free home visits?
Yes. We’ll come out to your home in Dartford, measure accurately, discuss the options and leave you with a clear quote. There’s no obligation at any point.
How flexible are your installation dates?
More flexible than most. We keep our own fitters rather than subcontracting, so scheduling is in our hands and we can usually arrange a date around your commitments.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, we offer this on request. Let us know in advance and the team will clear the room before fitting begins and set everything back in place afterwards.
