Frequently asked questions
Do you offer supply only?
Yes. If you have your own fitter, we’re happy to supply your flooring on its own. Many customers choose supply and fit instead, and our own team of skilled installers will take care of the whole job.
Do you offer free home visits?
We do. We carry out free home visits and surveys across Maidstone and the surrounding areas, with free measuring included. You’ll receive an accurate, no-obligation quote before you decide anything.
How flexible are your installation dates?
Very flexible. As a small family business we plan installations around you, not the other way round. Tell us what suits you and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, just let us know when you book. We can move furniture out of the way before installation and put everything back afterwards, so you don’t need to lift a thing.
